Сторони уклали цю додаткову угоду до Договору № 03/05 від 15 травня 2019 р. «Про закупівлю (постачання) природного газу» (далі - Договір) про таке:
1. Відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», продовжити дію Договору № 03/05 від 15 травня 2019 р. на строк по 29.02.2020 р. (достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на 2020 рік) в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, що становить 606400,00 грн.
2. Всі інші умови договору залишаються без змін.
