Note:
1.Враховуючи частину 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 22.01.2019р. Сторони для взаємної згоди продовжили строк дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початок наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.
4.Дана додаткова угода набирає чинності з 01 січня 2020р. і діє до 31 березня 2020р.
