1. Викласти п. 6.1. розділу VІ Договору в наступній редакції:
6.1. Роботи виконуються безпосередньо під потреби будівництва. Строк (термін) виконання Робіт складає 60 (шістдесят) календарних днів, починаючи з моменту виконання Замовником п. 4.1. даного Договору.
2. Викласти п. 12.1 розділу ХІІ Договору в наступній редакції:
12.1. Даний Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання Сторонами та діє до 31.12.2019 р.
2. Усі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
3. Цю Угоду укладено у двох оригінальних примірниках, що мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід’ємною частиною зазначеного договору, по одному для кожної із сторін.
