Note:
1. Сторони, керуючись пунктами 11.2, 11.4 Договору та на підставі підпункту 4 п. 19
Постанови № 1178, дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити строк виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару до 31 жовтня 2025 року.
2. Внести зміни в пункт 5.1 Договору та викласти його у новій редакції:
«5.1. Строк поставки товарів: до 31 жовтня 2025 року».
3. Усі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
4. Дана Угода складена у двох оригінальних примірниках, по одному для кожної із Сторін і набирає чинності з дати її підписання Сторонами.
