Покращення якості предмета закупівлі за умови, що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі , а саме Учасник та Замовник дійшли згоди внеси зміни до договору про закупівлю електричної енергії №99 від 18.01.2019 року та викласти в наступній редакції :1. Пункт 4.1 : Замовник здійснює оплату вартості обсягу спожитої електричної енергії відповідно до комерційної пропозиції №9 до договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальнх посуг. Замовник має право зійснювати оплату відповідно до п.4.7 ПРРЕЕ. 2.Пункт 4.4: У разі оплати з порушенням строків , визначених в комерційні пропозиції №9, до Сторони,яка здійснила несвоєчасну оплату, застосовується відповідальність, визначена умовами комерційної пропозиції №9. Усі інші умови договору про закупівлю електричної енергії №99 від 18.01.2019 року, не змінені цією угодою, залишаються в силі.
