На підставі п. 4.9, п 8, п. 11.1 Договору, враховуючи постанову КМ України від 11.03.2020 № 211 "Про запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2" зі змінами , внесеними постановою КМ України від 16.03.2020 № 215 і постановою КМ України від 25.03.2020 № 239, враховуючи вимоги п.4 ч.4 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" внесено зміни у Додаток № 3 Договору, графу "Термін виконання" у пунктах 3,4,5 викласти у наступній редакції : встановити термін виконання робіт по пунктам 3,4,5 - квітень 2020 року, а в частині розрахунків до повного його виконання.
