Керуючись п.8 ч.5 та ч.6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовились продовжити дію договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю. Пп.10.1 Розділу Х Договору №3 від 06.01.2025 року викласти в наступній редакції: п.10.1 Строк дії договору з 01.01.2025 року до 28.02.2026 року. Сторони погодили, що ціна цієї Додаткової угоди становить 30 000.00грн Без ПДВ. При цьому загальна вартість Договору в 2025 році становить 150 000.00 грн Без ПДВ
