На підставі п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-VІІІ та п.1.3 Договору у зв’язку з відсутністю у ТОВ «Мелітопольські теплові мережі» технічної можливості на опалення будівлі що розташована за адресою: м.Мелітополь,пр-т.Б.Хмельницького, 46, яка є однією з будівель яку за договором Учасник зобов’язався опалювати, зменшити обсяг закупівлі теплової енергії на 67,3 Гкал та зменшити суму договору на 83189,11 грн. ( Вісімдесят три тисячі сто вісімдесят дев’ять грн. 11 коп.) з ПДВ.

Відповідно до Постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 09.11.2017р. №1391 «Про внесення змін до деяких Постанов НКРЕКП», якою внесено зміни до Постанови НКРЕКП від 30 квітня 2015 року №1375 «Про встановлення тарифів на теплову енергію, її виробництво, транспортування, постачання для потреб бюджетних установ, релігійних організацій та інших споживачів (крім населення) ТОВ «Мелітопольські теплові мережі», керуючись п. 7 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. № 922-VIІІ, Замовник та Учасник дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору про закупівлю теплової енергії за державні кошти від «23» січня 2017 р. №79. Зменшити суму договору на 8367,36 грн. ( Вісім тисяч триста шістдесят сім грн. 36 коп.) з ПДВ.
