“ п. 11.3. Відповідно до п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі”, дія цього Договору про закупівлю може продовжуватись на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у даному Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, на суму 57 123,00 грн.
