Куруючись п.2 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" у звязку з зростанням закупівельної ціни електричної енергії на ринку (експертний висновок №0-349) сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10% у звязку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку та викласти п.1додатку №2 договору, п.2.3, п.5.2 до договору №71071000262 від 29.12.2021 в новій редакції, а також додаток 1"Заява приєднання" в новій редакції (дод.угода №3 від 28.09.2022р.)
