1. На підставі п. 4. ч. 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»: - внести зміни до пункту 1.1. Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«1.1. Продавець зобов’язується до 24.12.2021 року поставити Покупцю товар, зазначений в п.1.2 даного договору, а Покупець – прийняти і оплатити такий товар в порядку і на умовах, визначених даним договором».
- внести зміни до пункту 5.1. Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції: "5.1. Термін поставки товару до 24.12.2021р."
