Note:
У зв’язку з необхідністю зменшення суми Договору від 17.05.2017 № 630 на 60 016,57 грн. внесено зміни до пункту 3.1 Договору та викладено його в наступній редакції: «Ціна Договору становить 273 947,43 ( Двісті сімдесят три тисячі дев’ятсот сорок сім) грн. 43 коп., без ПДВ».
Відповідно до пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 10.3 Договору від 17.05.2017 № 630 сторони домовилися продовжити термін дії Договору про закупівлю поштових послуг за державні кошти від 17.05.2017 №630 та пункту 10.1 викласти в наступній редакції:
«Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 31.03.2018 року».

Відповідно до пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пункту 10.3 розділу 10 Договору від 17.05.2017 №630 внесено зміни до пункту 3.1 розділу 3 вказаного Договору та викладено його в наступній редакції:
«Ціна Договору становить 328 736,43 (Триста двадцять вісім тисяч сімсот тридцять шість) грн. 43 коп.), у тому числі 20 відсотків на 2018 рік складають 54 789 ( П’ятдесят чотири тисячі сімсот вісімдесят дев’ять) грн. 00 коп. Без ПДВ.»
