Сторони дійшли згоди щодо зміни ціни за одиницю товару з 01.01.2021. року у бік збільшення на 0,0537 грн., що складає 2,8 відсотки від попередньої ціни, без збільшення загальної вартості Договору № 133 від 11.02.2020р. за рахунок зменшення обсягів закупівлі (кВт*год) за предметом ДК 021:2015 - 09310000-5 - Електрична енергія (електрична енергія) в межах, що не перевищує 10 відсотків за одиницю Товару. У зв’язку з зазначеним, вносяться відповідні зміни до Договору № 133 від 11.02.2020р. а зазначені нижче умови викладено у новій редакції
