Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі”, а також відповідно до пункту 7.2. цього Договору, в зв’язку з необхідністю проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, сума Договору становить 374280,00 грн., без ПДВ, за рахунок коштів 2020 року 313110,00 грн., за рахунок коштів 2021 року 61170,00 грн.
