Note:
В зв’язку зі зменшенням видатків внести зміни до договору , а саме: з дня підписання додаткової угоди юридичні зобов’язання по договору зменшуються на 31000,00 грн. (тридцять одна тисяча грн. 00 коп.) без ПДВ та викласти пункт 3.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
« Відповідно до кошторисних призначень, бюджетні зобов’язання складають 19 000,00грн.(дев’ятнадцять тисяч грн. 00коп.) без ПДВ. Подальше взяття зобов’язань по договору буде змінюватися відповідно до бюджетних асигнувань та регламентуватися шляхом укладання додаткових угод, але не більше суми Договору, зазначеної в пункті 3.1»
