«9.1. Згідно п. 6 ст. 41 розділу VIІI Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», дія цього договору продовжується на строк до 28.02.2022р., достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі в 2022 році в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, і яка становить 659.47
