Внесення змін до істотних умов договору згідно з частиною четвертою статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»: пункт 5 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» - узгодження зміни ціни в бік зменшення (без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості товарів, робіт і послуг); пункт 4 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» - продовження строку дії договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо передання товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної у договорі.

2. Сторони домовилися викласти у новій редакції наступні Додатки до Договору :
- Додаток № 3 – Графік оплати, випробувань та постачання обладнання для реконструкції гідрогенератора СГК2-538/160-70М УХЛ4 станційний №3 Канівської ГЕС;
- Додаток № 5 – Календарний план надання послуг з випробування гідрогенератора СГК2-538/160-70М УХЛ4 станційний №3 Канівської ГЕС;
- Додаток № 8 – Розрахунок планової вартості людино-дня шеф-нагляду (спеціального технічного нагляду) за демонтажем та монтажем, пусконалагоджуванням та введенням в експлуатацію генераторного обладнання;
- Додаток № 9 – Кошторис надання послуг з шеф-нагляду (спеціального технічного нагляду) СГК2-538/160-70М УХЛ4 (станційний №3) Канівської ГЕС.
- Додаток № 10 – Обґрунтування кошторисної вартості послуг «Випробування та пусконалагоджувальні послуги гідрогенератора СГК2-538/160-70М УХЛ4 станційний №3 Канівської ГЕС».
