Керуючись Законом України "Про ринок електричної енергії", та п.п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі", чинним господарським та цівільним законодавством, у звязку із коливанням та зміною цін на одиницю товару на ринку порівняно з ціною запропонованою на торгах, Сторонами досягли згоди щодо зміни ціни за одиницю Товару та, відповідно, загальної кількості товару, який підлягає почтачанню за Договором, та вирішили збільшити ціну за одиницю товару зазначену в договорі (грн/кВт*год без урахування ПДВ та тарифу на передачу ) в межах не більше 10% згідно наведеної специфікації.
