1.На підставі заяви ТОВ «ТЕПЛО-МЕЛІТОПОЛЬ» від 24.02.2020 №58 про коригування тарифів на виробництво теплової енергії, транспортування теплової енергії, постачання теплової енергії виконавчий комітет Мелітопольської міської ради Запорізької області затвердив рішенням № 54 від 05.03.2020 ТОВ «ТЕПЛО-МЕЛІТОПОЛЬ» вніс зміни до рішень виконавчого комітету Мелітопольської міської ради Запорізької області від 26.09.2019 №201/2 “Про затвердження тарифів на теплову енергію” ТОВ «ТЕПЛО-МЕЛІТОПОЛЬ» та втрату чинності рішення виконавчого комітету Мелітопольської міської ради Запорізької області від 25.04.2019 №92/5 та рішення виконавчого комітету Мелітопольської міської ради Запорізької області від 14.06.2019 №126 та від 23.01.2010 “10/1 “Про внесення змін до рішення виконавчого комітету Мелітопольської міської ради Запорізької області від 26.09.2019 №201/2 та коригування тарифів на теплову енергію ТОВ «ТЕПЛО-МЕЛІТОПОЛЬ»” обґрунтований двоставковий тариф на теплову енергію та послугу з постачання теплової енергії:
Постачання теплової енергії буде здійснюватися за наступним тарифом:
умовно-змінна частина двоставкового тарифу – 1100,25 грн. за 1 Гкал (без ПДВ).

Було досягнуто згоду, що постачання теплової енергії буде здійснюватися за наступним тарифом:

У зв’язку зі зменшенням фінансування видатків, зменшено суму Договору на 13825,34 грн.(Тринадцять тисяч вісімсот двадцять п’ять гривень 34 копійки) (з ПДВ). Ціна Договору становить 566174,66 грн. (П’ятсот шістдесят шість тисяч сто сімдесят чотири гривні 66 копійок) (з ПДВ).
Для нарахування плати за теплову енергію, її виробництво, транспортування, постачання встановлено двоставковий тариф з 01.11.2020 року, який містить дві складові:
умовно-змінна частина двоставкового тарифу – 1421,93 грн. за 1 Гкал (без ПДВ)умовно-постійна частина двоставкового тарифу (місячна плата за одиницю приєднаного теплового навантаження) – 53372,60грн. за Гкал/год (без ПДВ).
