Керуючись ст. 654, ч.1 ст. 651 Цивільного кодексу України, п. 1 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (в редакції до 19 квітня 2020 року), дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору на 6457,40 грн. та у зв’язку із цим внести зміни до Договору, а саме:
1. Викласти п. 3.1. Договору у новій редакції:
«3.1.Сума, визначена в Договорі, становить 477 290,94 грн. (чотириста сімдесят сім тисяч двісті дев’яносто гривень дев’яносто чотири копійки) з ПДВ.»
