Керуючись п.4 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIII в зв”язку з затримкою фінансування витрат Замовника, сторони вирішили внести зміни до Договору підряду від 07 вересня 2017 р. № 798 від 07 ВЕРЕСНЯ 2017 р.“НА РОБОТИ З РЕКОНСИТРУКЦІЇ ДЮКЕРНОГО ПЕРЕХОДУ НАПІРНОГО КАНАЛІЗАЦІЙНОГО КОЛЕКТОРУ ЧЕРЕЗ Р.ПІВДЕННИЙ БУГ ВІД КНС № 1-а ДО ОСК М.ВІННИЦЯ” (далі — Договір), а саме:
1.1. Пункт 4.4. Договору викласти в такій редакції: “4.4. Строк виконання робіт до 31.12.2018 року, а розрахунок за виконані роботи проводиться згідно кошторисних призначень на 2017 рік. Дія Договору пролонгується на наступні роки з урахуванням фінансування робіт з бюджету до остаточного їх завершення”.
1.2. Пункт 4.6. Договору викласти в такій редакції: “4.6. Цей договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання сторонами та надходження бюджетних коштів на розрахунковий рахунок підприємства і діє до 31 грудня 2018 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання зобов'язань сторін”.
