Керуючись положенням Цивільного, Господарського кодексів України, Закону України про "Публічні закупівлі", Законом України "Про ринок електричної енергії", Правилами роздрібного ринку електричної енергії", затвердженими постановою КНРЕКП від 14.03.2018р.№312 та за взаємною згодою Сторони вирішили внести наступні зміни до Договору.
1.Викласти п.2.3. Договору у наступній редакції:
"Обсяг закупівлі електричної енергії за Договором: 296 943 кіловат-годин"
2.Викласти п.5.1. Договору у наступній редакції:
"Ціна цього договору становить 632 058,19 грн.,в т.ч. ПДВ 105 343,03 грн."
