Note:
1. Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та підпунктом 8 пункту 11.10. розділу ХІ. «Строк дії Договору та інші умови» Договору на постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів від 01.12.2020 № 41SB617-689-20, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного 2021 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в Договорі.
2. Ця Додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору на постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів від 01.12.2020 № 41SB617-689-20.
3. Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання і скріплення печатками Сторонами та діє з 01.01.2021 по 31.03.2021.
4. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та обов’язковими до виконання Сторонами.
