Так як збільшено кошторисні призначення за КЕКВ 2273, тому внесено зміни у пункт 5.1 Договору, та викладено у наступній редакції :
«Загальна ціна Товару без ПДВ (ціна Договору) становить: 2 234 362,32 грн. (два мільйона двісті тридцять чотири тисячі триста шістдесят дві грн. 32 коп), крім того ПДВ 446 872 грн. 47 коп. (чотириста сорок шість тисяч вісімсот сімдесят дві грн.47 коп.),всього з ПДВ - 2 681 234,79 грн ( два мільйона шістсот вісімдесят одну тисячу двісті тридцять чотири тисячі грн 79 коп.), у тому числі: сума згідних кошторисних призначень 1376321,56 грн, враховуючи ПДВ 20 % 229386 грн. 93 коп., сума за рахунок відшкодування складає 1304913,23 грн, враховуючи ПДВ 20 % - 217485,54 грн та визначена у Додатку 2 до цього Договору".
