На виконання рішення Дніпропетровської обласної ради від 17.03.2021р. № 60-5/VІII комунальне підприємство ,,Дитячий фтизіопульмонологічний медичний центр” Дніпропетровської обласної ради” було приєднано до комунального підприємства „Криворізький протитуберкульозний диспансер” Дніпропетровської обласної ради”. У зв’язку з чим, Сторони вирішили зменшити обсяги закупівлі на 41,066 Гкал та Зменшити суму договору на 195 831,42 грн.(сто дев’яносто п’ять тисяч вісімсот тридцять одна грн.. 42 коп.), з урахуванням ПДВ- 32 638,57 грн.
