У зв’язку з підвищенням ціни на ринку (відповідно до довідки №5-32т.1/603-18 від 20.02.2018 виданої ГУС у Миколаївській області про середні споживчі ціни на окремі продовольчі товари ) Сторони погодилися внести зміни в розділ 3.2. Договору №30 від 16.01.2018 року на збільшення ціни не більше ніж на 10 %, причому зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі (р. ХІ. п .11.1 пп. б Договору, Ст.36 п.4 пп.2 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»
