Викласти в новій редакції пункт 2.1 розділу Договору."Загальна вартість робіт складає 45 232 093,21 грн з ПДВ (сорок п’ять мільйонів двісті тридцять дві тисячі дев’яносто три гривні 21 копійка) по: КЕКВ 3210: - КПКВМБ 1017324: 11 688 706,17 грн (одинадцять мільйонів шістсот вісімдесят вісім тисяч сімсот шість гривень 17 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ-20%: 1 948 117,69 грн (один мільйон дев’ятсот сорок вісім тисяч сто сімнадцять гривень 69 коп.); КЕКВ 3210: - КПКВМБ 1017670: 33 543 387,04 грн (тридцять три мільйони п’ятсот сорок три тисячі триста вісімдесят сім гривень 04 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ-20%: 5 590 564,51 грн (п’ять мільйонів п’ятсот дев’яносто тисяч п’ятсот шістдесят чотири гривні 51 коп.). Відповідно до п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» прийшли до згоди продовжити термін виконання робіт, у зв’язку з чим в пункті 3.1 розділу 3 Договору після слів «Термін виконання робіт:» доповнити словами «до 31.12.2021,» в інший частині залишити без змін.

Викласти в новій редакції додатки до договору, а саме календарний графік виконання робіт по об’єкту (додаток Б); план фінансування по об’єкту (Додаток В) Викласти п. 2.1 розділу 2 Договору в новій редакції: «2.1. Загальна вартість робіт за цим Договором визначена договірною ціною, що є невід’ємною частиною цього Договору, складає 45 232 093,21 грн (сорок п’ять мільйонів двісті тридцять дві тисячі дев’яносто три гривні 21 копійка) по: КЕКВ 3210: - КПКВМБ 1017324: 29 639 996,09 грн (двадцять дев’ять мільйонів шістсот тридцять дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто шість гривень 09 коп.) КЕКВ 3210: - КПКВМБ 1017670: 15 592 097,12 грн (п’ятнадцять мільйонів п’ятсот дев’яносто дві тисячі дев’яносто сім гривень 12 коп.) Відповідно до п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» прийшли до згоди продовжити термін виконання робіт та строк дії договору до 31.12.2022, у зв’язку з чим в пункті 3.1 розділу 3 Договору після слів «Термін виконання робіт:» доповнити словами «до 31.01.2022,». Викласти на суму фінансування на 2021 рік по КЕКВ 3210: - КПКВМБ 1017324, розрахунки за статтями витрат, що є невід’ємною частиною даної угоди. Сторонами досягнуто згоди, що в силу положень частини 3 статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України, умови договору, та додаткових угод №№ 6, 7 від 04.03.2021, № 8 від 19.03.2021, № 9 від 31.03.2021, застосовуються до відносин, які склалися між Сторонами до дати їх укладення, а саме з «01» січня 2021 року.
