Відповідно до Постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 14.01.2020р. № 91 пункт 4.6 договору викладений у наступній редакції: “Розрахунки за теплову енергію проводяться в грошовій формі згідно рахунку-фактури та акту звіряння взаєморозрахунків на розрахунковий рахунок Учасника по тарифу для бюджетних установ встановленого з 17.01.2020 р. у розмірі 1807,824 грн. за 1 Гкал (з ПДВ) згідно Постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг № 91 від 14.01.2020р.
Нові тарифи не є предметом узгодження між Учасником та Замовником, нарахування з застосуванням нових тарифів проводяться з дати встановлення, зазначеної в відповідній постанові про встановлення тарифу.
Додаток 1 до Договору викладений у наступній редакції:
Додаток 1 (із змінами на 17.01.2020 р.) до Договору № 2002/6 / 4/20 від 28.01.2020 р.
