У зв'язку з анулюванням переможця публічних закупівель та визнання переможцем наступного учасника, який запропонува найбільш економічно вигідну ціну закупівлі, виникла необхідність у продовженні строків виконання зобов'язання. Окрім цього, на момент укладення договору Учасник не може укомплектувати комп'ютери (комплект із 20 шт) процесором INTEL Сеlегоn G3900, а тому запропоновано замінити його більш новим та потужнішим процесором INTEL Сеlегоn G3930/
