1. Пункт 4.1. розділу 4 «Ціна, порядок обліку і оплати електричної енергії» Договору викласти у такій редакції:
Пункт.4.1 Споживач розраховується з Постачальником універсальних послуг за електричну енергію за ціною, що на дату укладення цього Договору становить 2,55949 грн. (дві гривні 55949 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 0,42658 грн. (0 гривень 42658 коп. ).;
2. Зменшити суму Договору на 41805,00 грн., (сорок одна тисяча вісімсот п’ять грн.00 коп.), у зв’язку з чим:
Пункт 1.3 викласти у такій редакції:
«1.3. Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії : на 2020 року становить _92506,32_кВт*год та відповідає очікуваному обсягу електричної енергії, заявленому оператору системи розподілу або за формою затвердженою цим Договором.
Обсяги закупівлі електричної енергії можуть бути зменшені залежно від реального фінансування видатків.»

Зменшити суму Договору на 41805,00 (сорок одна тисяча вісімсот п'ять грн., 00 коп.)
Пункт 1.3. викласти у такій редакції:
"1.3. Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на 2020 рік становить 96282,04 кВт*год та відповідає очікуваному обсягу електричної енергії, заявленому оператору системи розподілу або за формою, затвердженою цим Договором. Обсяги закупівлі електроенергії можуть бути зменшені залежно від реального фінансування видатків".
2. Пункт 4.4 Договору викласти у новій редакції:
"4.4. вартість електричної енергії за цим Договором визначається з урахуванням суми очікуваної вартості осягів постачання електроенергії протягом періоду, вказаного у п.1.3 цього Договору та становить 197307,50 грн. (сто дев'яносто сім тисяч триста сім грн. 50 коп.), крім того ПДВ 39461,50 (тридцять девять тисяч чотириста шістдесят одна грн. 50 коп.), всього з ПДВ 236769,00 (двісті тридцять шість тисяч сімсот шістдесят дев'ять грн.00 коп.), у т.ч.: загальний фонд 180767,36 грн., враховуючи ПДВ 30127,89; за рахунок відшкодованих коштів 56001,64 грн., враховуючи ПДВ 9333,61 грн.
