Враховуючи значне підвищення цін за одиницю Товару. згідно п.2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони дійшли взаємної згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару дизельне паливо PERFEKT DIESEL з ціни 19,80 грн. з ПДВ за 1 літр до ціни 21,78 грн. з ПДВ за 1 літр.
