• Сторони дійшли до взаємної згоди підвищити закупівельну ціну за одиницю товару на 10% з 20 жовтня 2020 року за умови, що сума договору не збільшиться, а саме:
Молоко коров’яче пастеризоване 2,5 жирністю (фас.п/п 1000гр) – з 14,10 грн. (з ПДВ) за кг, до 15,48 грн. (з ПДВ) за кг;
• Відповідно до пункту 1.2. Договору, Сторони підписують Специфікацію у новій редакції, у якій зазначені нові ціни на молоко пастеризоване 2,5% жирністю.
ЦІНОВА ДОВІДКА ТОРГОВО-ПРОМИСЛОВОЇ ПАЛАТИ УКРАЇНИ №2716/08.1-7.3 від 30 вересня 2020 року надається.
