Note:
24 лютого 2022 року у зв'язку з впровадженням військового стану через збройну агресію РФ щодо України виконання робіт було тимчасово припинено через настання форс-мажорних обставин та припинення роботи підприємства. Зокрема листом Торгово-промислової палати України від 28.02.2022 року №2024/02.0-7.1 засвідчено форс-мажорні обставини: військову агресію РФ проти України, що стало підставою введення воєнного стану. А для суб'єктів господарської діяльності виконання робіт стало неможливим у встановлений термін внаслідок настання таких форс-мажорних обставин. Враховуючи наведене вище та керуючись умовами договору, ТОВ "АРІНА ЛТД" не мала можливості виконати взяті на себе зобов'язання в строк передбачений договором. Однак, враховуючи, що ТОВ "АРІНА ЛТД" вже відновило свою роботу та не відмовляється від взятих на себе зобов'язань, необхідно продовжити строк виконання робіт за Договором шляхом підписання додаткової угоди.
