Note:
1. Продовжити строк дії договору № 149 від 14.08.2018 року до 31.03.2019 року та внести зміни до наступних пунктів Договору:
1) Розділ 3 «Вартість послуг та порядок розрахунків» доповнити новими пунктами виклавши їх наступній редакції:
3.1.1 Фінансування на 2018 рік складає 60 215 грн. 93 коп.(шістдесят тисяч двісті п’ятнадцять грн. 93 коп.) без ПДВ.
3.1.2 Фінансування на 2019 рік складає 11 059 грн.27 коп.(одинадцять тисяч п’ятдесят дев’ять грн.. 27 коп..)без ПДВ.
2) п. 6.1. розділу 6 «Строк дії договору та інші умови » викласти в наступній редакції:
«Договір набуває чинності з дати підписання його Сторонами та діє до 31.03.2019 р.Закінчення строку дії договору не звільняє сторони від повного виконання своїх забов’язань».
3) Додаток № 1 до договору викласти новій редакції що додається до цієї Додаткової угоди.
