Відповідно до частини 6 статті 41 Закону України " Про публічні закупівлі ", замовник має право на початку нового бюджетного року. після затвердження кошторису , видатків для розпорядника , укласти другу додаткову угоду до договору про закупівлю та визначити в ній конкретну суму в межах 20 % від тієї, що визначена в договорі про закупівлю в попередньому році.
