Сторони домовились змінити ціни Товару та внести відповідні зміни до договору поставки №166 від 19.05.2020 р (далі - Договір), укладеного за результатами проведених конкурсних торгів, на підставі ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", відповідно до якого істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобов"язань сторонами у повному обсязі, крім випадків зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше як на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
