Note:
Внести зміни до строків поставки обладнання та продовження терміну дії договору щодо вище перелічених договорів, змінивши пункти:
«5.1. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) Товарів за Договором: не пізніше, ніж через сім календарних днів від вимоги Покупця. Точний строк поставки Товару в будь-якому випадку визначається Покупцем».
Внести зміни до пункту 10.1. Договору, виклавши його в такій редакції:
«10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами та скріплення печатками Сторін і діє до 01.05.2018 року, проте в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Договору».
Дані зміни пов’язані з відсутністю будівельної готовності об’єкта будівництва відповідно до планового терміну поставки (так як зберігання даного обладнання потребує забезпечення приміщення відповідним температурним режимом), тому виникла необхідність перенести терміни поставки обладнання до забезпечення відповідних умов зберігання.
