Сторони дійшли згоди з 10.06.2021 року викласти пункт 3.2 Договору у наступній редакції.
«3.2. Ціна газу з урахуванням вартості послуги доступу до потужності становить 9,943500 грн. за 1 куб. м, крім того ПДВ 1,988700 грн., всього з ПДВ – 11,932200 грн.»
Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору на 0,03 грн. та викласти пункт 3.5 Договору у наступній редакції: «3.5. Загальна сума Договору становить 165 449,90 грн. (Сто шістдесят п'ять тисяч чотириста сорок дев'ять гривень 90 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ – 20% - 27 574,98 грн.».
