У зв’язку з поставкою обладнання та матеріалів на об’єкт 24.09.2021 року для виконання робіт: "Капітальний ремонт системи локального пожежогасіння у приміщеннях харчоблоку навчального корпусу №2 Київського університету імені Бориса Грінченка за адресою: місто Київ, Дніпровський район, бульвар Ігоря Шамо, 18/2) ДК 021:2015 (CPV:2008) - 45340000-2 "Зведення огорож, монтаж поручнів і захисних засобів" (45343000-3 "Встановлення протипожежного обладнання")" та відповідно до п.12.5 Договору № 155 від 17 серпня 2021 року, Сторони погодили внести зміни до календарного плану-графіку виконання будівельно-монтажних робіт та викласти Додаток № 6 до Договору № 155 від 17 серпня 2021 року в новій редакції, що додається. Додаток є невід’ємною частиною даної Додаткової угоди.
