За взаємною згодою сторін внесені зміни до пункту 1 додаткової угоди №4 від 28.12.2019 року до угоди про закупівлю електричної енергії №1 від 16.01.2019 року до договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг №129 від 01.01.2019 року, та Викласти його в новій редакції: «Відповідно до п. 5 Статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» продовжити дію Угоди №3 від 04.11.2019 р., (далі - Угода) на строк до 29 лютого 2020р. достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначених в угодах, укладених в попередньому році, а саме на суму 168022,40грн. (Сто шістдесят вісім тисяч двадцять дві грн. 40 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ».
