На підставі п.1 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зменшити загальну суму Договору на 1 грн. 53 коп., п.2.3. Договору викласти наступній редакції: «Загальна сума Договору, становить 984 174,47 грн., в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 164 029,08 грн., до реєстрації- за бюджетним рахунком - 942 174,47 грн, за господарським рахунком – 42 000,00 грн.
Пункт 8.2 Договору викласти внаступній редакції Керуючись ст 631 Цивільного кодексу України, сторони прийшли до згоди, що умови данного Договору поширили дію відносин, що фактично склались між Сторонами з 01.01.2020 року
