На виконання ч. 3 ст. 57 Закону України « Про ринок електричної енергії» , п. 3.2.4 Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії, затверджених Постановою НКРЕКП № 312 від 14.03.2018р., у зв’язку із коливанням ціни електроенергії в бік збільшення на всіх сегментах ринку, необхідно внести зміни до Договору на збільшення ціни за одиницю товару, без збільшення суми Договору за рахунок зменшення об’ємів.

У зв’язку з коливанням ціни на електричну енергію на ринку РДН та ВДР України, спираючись на Експертний висновок Херсонської Торгово-промислової палати від 21.09.2021 року №Ве-331, були внесені зміни: збільшити ціну за одиницю товару за рахунок зменшення загального обсягу електричної енергії, загальна сума договору залишається не змінною.
