Сторони погодились внести до Договору такі зміни:
- доповнити абзац 3 пункту 3.1 текстом такого змісту: «Сума цього договору з 01.01.2019 по 06.02.2019 не перевищує 20% загальної суми Договору за 2018 рік.»;
- абзац 10 пункту 10.1 викласти в такій редакції: Дія цього Договору продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме: до 06.02.2019, а в частині гарантійних зобов’язань- до повного виконання Сторонами своїх обов’язків;
- абзац 3 пункту 3.1 викласти в такій редакції:
«Загальна сума договору за 2018 рік становила 619200,00 грн., без ПДВ.
Сума цього договору з 01.01.2019 по 06.02.2019 не перевищує 20% загальної суми договору за 2018 рік та становить 123840,00 грн., у тому числі ПДВ 20 %-20640,00грн. у зв’язку з набуттям Виконавця статуту платника податку на додану вартість.
Усього за договором: 743040,00 грн., у тому числі: 619200,00 грн. без ПДВ, з ПДВ -20640,00 грн.
