Предметом договору є придбання товару сир дитячий 15% жиру 50гр (15542000-9 свіжий сир) сир дитячий 15% жиру 40гр (15542000-9 свіжий сир ) Код ДК 021:2015 15540000-5 Сирні продукти (надалі- Товар) - дитяче харчування на молочній основі для дітей, а саме прикорму у розумінні Клінічного протоколу медичного догляду за здоровою дитиною віком до 3-х років, затвердженого Наказом Міністерства охорони здоров'я від 20.03.2008 №149, з терміном зберігання до 48 годин, що визначений в Специфікації яка являється невід'ємною частиною Договору.
