У зв'язку з продовженням терміну дії договору №01/03 від 01.03.2021 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у Договорі , на підставі Додаткової угоди №5 від 21.01.2022 року, сторони домовились визначити суму додаткової угоди, на період її продовження, у розмірі 153939 гривень 04 копійок (сто п’ятдесят три тисячі дев’ятсот тридцять дев’ять гривень 04 копійки) без ПДВ. Термін дії додаткової угоди до 31.03.2022 року або до повного виконання умов Договору. Всі інші умови основного Договору залишаються в силі.
