Замовник та Виконавець, керуючись нормами ЗУ Про публічні закупівлі, чинного госоподарського та цивільного законодавства прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії договору для проведення процедури закупівлі в 2022 році в обсязі що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, викласти п. 3,1. Договору в новій редакції та визначили Договірні обсяги надання послуг на 2022 рік.
