Внести зміни в договір про закупівлю теплової енергії в гарячій воді № 1083/22 від 11.01.20222р., а саме викласти п.10.1. в наступній редакції: «Цей Договір набирає чинність з дати підписання та скріплення печатками Сторін та поширює дію на відносини, що складаються між сторонами з 01.01.2022р. і діє по 31.12.2022р включно, у частині поставки теплової енергії по 25.11.2022р. (згідно ч.3 ст. 631 Цивільного Кодексу України), а частина розрахунків – до їх повного здійснення. Інші умови договору залишаються незмінними.
