1. У зв’язку з завершенням робіт Сторони дійшли згоди викласти пункт 3.1. Договору в наступній редакції: «3.1. Договірна ціна динамічна, визначається згідно з договірною ціною (Додаток №1), яка розрахована згідно з локальним кошторисом (Додаток №2), підсумковою відомістю ресурсів (Додаток №3), розрахунком загальновиробничих витрат (Додаток №4). розрахунком адміністративних витрат (Додаток №5), розрахунком прибутку (Додаток №6). пояснювальною запискою (Додаток №7), які с невід'ємною частиною Договору і складає 8 600 889,85 грн. (вісім мільйонів шістсот тисяч вісімсот вісімдесят дев’ять гривень 65 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 20%: 1 433 481,64 грн.
Джерело фінансування бюджет Криворізької міської територіальної громади.»
2. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни та викласти пункт 13.1 Розділу 13 Договору в наступній редакції: «13.1. Цей Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 10.07.2026 року, але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором у частині взаєморозрахунків та гарантійних зобов’язань»
