За взаємною згодою Сторони домовилися укласти цю угоду про наступне:
На підставі ч.6 ст.41 Закону, Сторони Договору дійшли взаємної згоди збільшити суму договору на 23 575,21 без ПДВ, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році. Загальна вартість Договору становить: 141 451,29 грн.
