Керуючись статтею 651 Цивiльного кодексу Украiни, статтею 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупiвлi», пунктом 13.1 Договору №1068 вiд 12.11.2018р. (далi - Договiр), Сторони уклали цей Додатковий договiр (надалi - Додатковий договiр) до Договору про наступне:
l. Ціна цього договору по об’єкту «Реконструкція гідротехнічних споруд з відновленням екологічного та санітарно-гігієнічного стану р. Либідь в м. Києві на ділянці довжиною 670 м від Автовокзального шляхопроводу у Голосіївському районі м. Києва вверх по течії на відстані 135 м» залишається не змінною.
2. Внести уточнення до договірної ціни виклавши Додаток № l «Договірна ціна» до Договору у новій редакції, що додається до цього Додатковою договору i є його невід’ємною частиною.
3. Інші умови залишаються не змінними.
